I joined Klarna as a fractional consultant, initially for 9 months, leading copy and strategy in their USA and EU Media wing. I worked on global Co-Marketing campaigns across Paid Media, CRM and Native Ads for Deliveroo, Reformation, eBay, H&M and Charlotte Tilbury. Later, I rejoined for another 6 months to lead Product Marketing content for their US product division, launching a new self-serve Content and Ads platform.
Other projects included overhauling the Klarna Media department briefing process and working within a small task force to identify blockers in the current Media workflow and implement cross-departmental changes.
