NEXT approached me to help them create their first ever brand guidelines, taking their reputation as Britain’s most trusted retailer to build a fully comprehensive brand and tone of voice bible. Working in a seven week sprint with the design team, I led the concepting, structuring and building of a dedicated brand guidelines microsite. I came back a few weeks later to deliver a full day workshop for the NEXT copy team, training them on tone of voice, elevating their copy skills and building their confidence in using the new guidelines.
